Legal notices

1. Site publisher

This website (the “Site”) is published by SARL Cyclorama Technologies, a limited liability company with a share capital of DZD 100,000, registered with the trade register under number [RC number — to complete], with its registered office at Coop Mohamed Boudiaf, Cité Sellier, Hydra, Algiers, Algeria (“Cyclorama”, “we”).

Publication director: Reda Boulesnane. Hosting provider: Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA — phone: +1 888 993 5273. For any question about the Site, reach out through our contact page.

2. Purpose of the site and scope of information

The Site presents the Cyclorama platform: a delivery-business solution comprising a management console and applications for end customers, partner stores and couriers. Information published on the Site is provided for information purposes only and constitutes neither a contractual offer nor a commitment of availability, functionality or performance.

Only the quote and service agreement signed between Cyclorama and the client (the “Agreement”) define the parties' commitments: functional scope, service levels, pricing, duration and termination conditions. In case of contradiction between the Site and the Agreement, the Agreement prevails.

3. Pricing

The platform is offered on a quote basis: pricing depends on activity volume, the market covered and deployment terms. Each commercial proposal states its scope, price and validity period — unless stated otherwise, a proposal remains valid for thirty (30) days from issuance.

For ongoing agreements, any pricing change is notified in writing at least thirty (30) days before taking effect and only applies from the next term (renewal or next billing cycle): no price change is ever retroactive. The addition of new optional products or modules never, by itself, changes the price of services already subscribed.

4. Platform evolution, addition and removal of products

Cyclorama improves its platform continuously: new features, modules or products may be added at any time without degrading subscribed services. These improvements are part of the service.

In case of substantial modification or removal of an essential feature of a subscribed service, the client is informed in writing at least sixty (60) days in advance, with a replacement solution or migration plan where possible. If a removal significantly degrades the use contemplated by the Agreement, the client may terminate the affected part of the service without penalty and obtain the return of its data in a standard, usable format (reversibility).

5. Use of the site

Access to the Site is free. You agree to use it in accordance with applicable law and not to interfere with its operation (intrusion attempts, bulk content extraction, deliberate overload, etc.).

All elements of the Site — trademarks, logos, texts, visuals, interfaces — are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of Cyclorama or its licensors. No licence or right of use is granted by browsing the Site; any unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.

6. Availability and liability

The Site is provided “as is”. We strive to keep it accurate and available without being able to guarantee this absolutely: the Site may be interrupted for maintenance or updated at any time. To the extent permitted by law, Cyclorama cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of, or the inability to access, the Site.

Service levels, warranties and liabilities relating to the platform itself are exclusively defined in the Agreement.

7. Personal data

Data submitted through our forms (identity, contact details, message) is processed by Cyclorama, as data controller, to answer your request and handle the resulting commercial follow-up — on the basis of your voluntary request (pre-contractual measures) or your consent. It is kept for the time needed to process the request, then for a maximum of three (3) years after the last contact, unless a legal obligation requires otherwise.

It is only accessible to Cyclorama's teams and our technical processors: Resend (email delivery) and PostHog (audience measurement hosted in the European Union, activated according to the consent rules described below). No data is sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

In accordance with the GDPR and, for people located in Algeria, with Law No. 18-07 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. You can exercise them through our contact page, and lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (CNIL in France, ANPDP in Algeria).

8. Governing law and disputes

Contractual relationships between Cyclorama and its clients are governed by the law and jurisdiction designated in the Agreement. Failing such stipulation, these notices are governed by Algerian law, and any dispute relating to the Site will be submitted to the competent courts of Algiers.

In the event of a disagreement, the parties will first seek an amicable solution: contact us through the contact page before any action. These notices may be updated at any time; the version published online prevails, together with its last-update date.
